Women over-apologize. And they apologize even more about the fatigue, bloating, and other symptoms that may accompany a period. Midol aimed to change that.

The result was our award-winning No Apologies: Period campaign, which encouraged verbalizing the very real limits period side-effects can pose on quality of life. Simply put, Midol said “to hell with self-effacement” when it comes to explaining your cramps.
